St. Philip’s Lutheran is accredited by three national school accreditation organizations.  In 2012, St. Philip's Lutheran School completed their extensive self-study and received Exemplary accreditation from the Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod School Accreditation (WELSSA) and their parent body, the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA).  St. Philip’s Lutheran is also accredited by the Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accreditation (WRISA) These annually renewable, five-year accreditations help St. Philip’s Lutheran School continue to sustain and improve the overall operation of the school at a high level.
